The Weller 100 watt irons has a patented temperature control unit built inside. The W100 quickly reaches the proper temperature and maintains it. Ideal for both lead and foil work. The iron comes with a controlled 3/8", 700 degree tip, but additional sizes and temperature tips are available. The iron comes with a 6 foot cord and is 120 volts.
 For general stained glass purposes, the 700 degree tip is fine.
